Great service and interaction by Ben in helping us decide what bike to buy

We were impressed with the depth of knowledge, attention to detail and good, sound advice from Ben. He provided us with enough information to go away and make an informed decision on our choice of e-bike. The E-Bike Shop will have a very satisfied customer when we purchase our bikes. 1 Sep 2026 picked bikes up today and were given a thorough walk through of the entire bike and had it fitted to us by Ben (another), absolutely first class, explained everything perfectly with advice only someone who is proficient and proud of the service he provides could impart.

I booked a service for my E-bike via the app, and got an email confirmation of my booking. I turned up for my booking at my allotted time, and was greeted by a representative who was welcoming and friendly. After my bike was ready to collect, I received a phone call to say it was ok to collect. I was given a rundown of the work carried out, and given some advice on the condition of the drive chain and
other running components.
Overall, I am very happy with the service I received from the e-bike shop, and would recommend this company for sales and service.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The advice was excellent and really helpful, with absolutely no pressure to buy. The whole experience was positive, relaxed and enjoyable. I’m looking forward to picking up my new e-bike very soon! I would highly recommend them!

Very professional and helpful setup. Was a bit sceptical about the appointment system at first, but can now see it is actually a very good way of doing things. My wife and I sat down with Ben and spoke eBikes non-stop for over an hour, going through our requirements and what would be best for us. No hard-sell was involved and we left feeling confident in the company at all levels. Refreshing!
