Very professional and helpful setup. Was a bit sceptical about the appointment system at first, but can now see it is actually a very good way of doing things. My wife and I sat down with Ben and spoke eBikes non-stop for over an hour, going through our requirements and what would be best for us. No hard-sell was involved and we left feeling confident in the company at all levels. Refreshing!

We're at the start of our journey to buy 2 eBikes and Ben couldn't have been more helpful in understanding our needs and explaining the pros and cons of different manufacturers and models. We really felt like we had an expert advising us, and Ben gave us all the time & support we needed to talk through the different options. Our timing was slightly unfortunate, as the new model year bikes were coming out the next day, but our next steps are clear and we'll be back to pull the trigger soon!
