Our Booking PolicyWhen booking a Bike Viewing, please provide your height and where possible, the make and model you're interested in. For workshop bookings please give a brief description of required work. Please be aware we ONLY take in/work on bikes we have sold.

Whether a complete novice or seasoned pro, E-Bikeshop’s showroom booking service is designed to give our customers time to explore and learn about e-bikes without feeling rushed. By booking an appointment, customers receive dedicated attention from a true ebike expert who'll guide you through the many options, features, and benefits. This personalised experience from a senior member of staff ensures customers can make informed decisions based on their unique needs and preferences. Our goal is to create a relaxed, exclusive use environment for confident, well-informed purchases.

If you've already done some research and have some models in mind, please pop them in the notes along with your height and we'll do our best to ensure the correct make, model and size are immediately available on the day.

Annual Service Booking

Annual servicing with E-Bikeshop is quick, easy and cost effective. Our standard Annual Service includes a complete appraisal and a "nut and bolt" check of the entire bike along with any adjustments as required, takes approximately 1 hour and costs just £69. Your technician will briefly run through the bike with you when accepting it in and might make any initial observations. If further work is required (replacement serviceable/wear and tear items such as brake pads, chains, cassettes, chainrings, etc), we'll be in touch straight away to provide a quote. There's no obligation to have any quoted work carried out however our technicians will only recommend work which will preserve the performance and reliability of your bike.

PLEASE NOTE:

Bikes must be presented in a reasonably clean condition to allow mechanics to thoroughly inspect and service components. Excessively dirty bikes will be charged a cleaning fee of £25 and will increase the length of the service booking by approx. 30 minutes.

Some jobs are not possible to complete without having to remove the battery to access internal components. If your bike has a removable battery, you MUST bring a key with you.

We aim for a "while you wait" turnaround for simple servicing however more complex jobs may take a day or two while we wait for parts. Bikes can be left with us up to 24 hours before (by prior arrangement) and 2 days after the completion if more convenient.

FREE First Service (Within 3 Months)

E-Bikeshop offers a "First Free Service" within the first 3 months of ownership to ensure your e-bike is running smoothly after initial use. This service helps address any minor adjustments needed as the bike settles. Please let us know if you have any specific issues in the booking form notes.

Custom Workshop Job (Please tell us what work is required in the comments)

Got a bonkers idea or something a little more tricky you need help with? We'd love to help! Please provide us with as much information as possible in the comments along with any specific parts you might need and we'll be happy to work with you to get your bike back to full health or make your dream build or upgrade a reality.

This service can be used for custom bike builds/rebuilds, fitting of dropper posts, analogue to electric gearing conversions or anything else which isn't routine maintenance/servicing. Feel free to call us on 01252 279279 if you're unsure or would like a quote prior to booking.

Simple jobs like the fitting of smaller components or electric dropper posts etc can be done as a "while you wait" job however for more complex jobs or where multiple special order parts are required, we'll ned your bike for a little longer. The more information you can provide us in the booking form, the better prepared we can be on the day for you.

The handover of a brand new electric bike from E-Bikeshop is an exciting moment! We take the time to thoroughly walk you through the bike's fit and function, ensuring everything suits your riding style. This includes a detailed explanation of the electrical system, covering battery usage and settings. For mountain bikes, we also provide a personalised suspension setup to optimise comfort and performance. Our goal is to ensure you're confident and ready to enjoy your new e-bike to the fullest!

I had an excellent experience at the e-bike shop and couldn’t recommend them more highly.

The team were helpful from my initial enquiry through to collection of the bike. They took the time to understand what I needed and gave honest, practical advice to help me choose the right bike, without any pressure or overselling, which I really appreciated.

When I collected my bike couple of days later, they kindly helped me attach my bike carrier to my car and showed me how to do it myself for next time. Nothing felt rushed, and they were patient, professional, and genuinely friendly throughout.

I visited the ebike shop warehouse at Farnham and was met by Ben, sales and operations manager. Very professional setup. Having discussed my requirements, Ben showed me suitable bike options and answered any questions. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things ebike and apparently that goes for the whole team. I had to make an appointment, no hassle and I can see why, so many bikes to view, and I was the only customer there at the time and getting personalised treatment. I didn't feel pressured into buying, and I would definitely recommend having a look if seriously thinking of buying an ebike, just be warned there is a lot of choice.
