I made an online reservation to test ride a folding eBike and the process was very straightforward. Whilst they didn’t have the exact model I wanted to try, they set up a very similar bike with the same motor. The chap I dealt with, Dan, was very helpful and friendly. I haven’t yet made a purchase but they are definitely in the running to supply. Good experience all round.

An excellent company that are clearly market leaders in electric bike sales and maintenance. A very useful discussion was held about our needs prior to placing an order. The two bikes arrived on time and were expertly set up. Useful set up and briefing on the electronics was also had with a knowledgeable and courteous technician with considerable expertise. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend.
