Amazing service by the guys at e-bike shop. From initial talks on phone to showroom visit and handover the service has been exceptional. They have gone above and beyond to meet a tight deadline and I can’t thank them enough. Now to enjoy my new e-bike.

Excellent all round, really good advice at the purchasing stage. I liked the appointment system so I got someone's undivided attention. The advice was fair, did not encourage me to buy add-ons or a higher spec bike that I might not benefit from at this stage. Was clear about process and what was included.
An appointment was made for collection. Reminders sent. The bike was ready, I received clear instructions on its use, assistance to set up the app and again guidance on what might or might not be useful. The only downside was that the bike was not fully charges and I had expected to ride 40 miles home. However it was but on a faster charge but then we discovered it would go in the car with the front wheel off. Good clear instructions on removing / replacing wheel with disc brake position holder.
All in all, no complaints, will use for servicing and likely to buy partner's bike from them too.
