Being a shorter rider I have scoured the Internet for sometime to find a bike that would be suitable for me as options are limited. E-Bikeshop was one of the only places that not only had something suitable but also where I could go and "try for size" rather than run the risk of ordering online for it be delivered and then not be what I wanted. Looking at all of the positive reviews I decided to take the plunge and make contact. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and at no point did I feel under any pressure to buy. I am now the owner of a brand new bike and having taken it out for the first time am really pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend E-Bikeshop to anyone looking to purchase a new bike. Absolutely brilliant service from Ben and the team at E Bike Shop in Farnham. We live in Farnham and visited a few times to road test some bikes. No pressure to buy, honest answers and great advice. We ended up buying a Orbea - and picked up today. Everything was explained to us and just a brilliant place for E Bikes. Yes the price points of the bikes are more than Halfords but you are buying a premium product and want a premium service. Highly recommended.

Recently bought an Orbea rise. Was really good to visit the shop, talk through the options and have a try out to validate my choice. Turnaround was very efficient to have the bike ready even with a couple of extra options added. Very helpful to have the suspension setup for me on collection and the thorough handover.
